Lover's Paradise

I roamed around the globe
And came across a park
Where lovers would meet
In light and in dark.
There was no treachery around
No cheat and no bogus
Just a sweet essence of love
Spread by Goddess Venus.

She roamed like an angel
To talk to those who prayed
To talk about the people
In their hearts who stayed.
She met different people
Of different tastes and kinds
Who had different thinking
Who had different minds.

She had a query in her mind
Which seemed to be crucial
So she questioned every lover
"About your lover what is so special?"
Some said about the eyes
Some said about the nose
Many said about the body
While some said about the toes.

Then she came to me
To listen to my reply
I thought about her speciality
Which I couldn't deny
I thought about her too much
And tried not to be insane
As I wanted my love
Not to go in vain.

I replied Oh Goddess of Love,
I will not tell you lies
I love her so blindly
That I cannot see her eyes.
Her talks have been a proof
That her personality is smart
But one special thing I like
Is the place where I reside - Her HEART!
